A fair amount of what we see is correction, from work done a little too eagerly elsewhere. The approach here starts conservative and builds, and sometimes the honest answer is to dissolve and reset.

Medical weight loss with real clinical oversight, vitamin injections, and wellness consultations for low energy, slow metabolism and stubborn weight. This is managed care with follow-up, not a supplement counter.
Light activity restrictions for the first 24 hours (no lying down, no vigorous exercise) are typically recommended — Kassie will walk through specifics before you leave.

The assessment
Kassie asks what is bothering you, looks at how your face moves and what your skin is actually doing, and tells you which treatment addresses it and which ones will not. You get a plan and a price before anything happens.

The consult fee, credited
It comes off any treatment you book, which means she is paid for her clinical assessment and not for selling you something. If the honest answer is that you should wait, that is what you will hear.

Treatment, usually the same visit
Injectables take about ten minutes with no downtime. Microneedling and peels have a few days of redness or flaking, so mention anything on your calendar.

How far is Soléa from La Jolla?
About fifteen to twenty minutes east, the 5 south to the 8 east and off at Mission Center Road, with free covered parking in the building. Closer than it sounds, and easier to park.
I have had filler elsewhere and I am not happy with it. Can you help?
Often, yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved, and the consult starts by assessing what is there before adding anything. Sometimes the fix is resetting first, not layering more on.
Why not just use a med spa in La Jolla?
Many are excellent. The questions to ask anywhere are who injects you, who provides medical direction, whether you see the same person next time, and whether follow-up is included. Our answers are an RN Co-Founder, a physician medical director, the same nurse, and yes.
Do you sell memberships or packages?
No. No membership, no commission, and nothing recommended to hit a target. You pay for what you have done, and the follow-up comes with it.
Do you offer HydraFacial or IV therapy?
No. Soléa does injectables, skin treatments like microneedling and chemical peels, medical-grade skincare, and medical weight loss and wellness. For glow, a peel or PRF microneedling is what we would suggest instead.
