The assessment
Kassie asks what is bothering you, looks at how your face moves and what your skin is actually doing, and tells you which treatment addresses it and which ones will not. You get a plan and a price before anything happens.

The consult fee, credited
It comes off any treatment you book, which means she is paid for her clinical assessment and not for selling you something. If the honest answer is that you should wait, that is what you will hear.

Treatment, usually the same visit
Injectables take about ten minutes with no downtime. Microneedling and peels have a few days of redness or flaking, so mention anything on your calendar.

Can I come on a lunch break?
Often, yes, for quick injectable visits or a follow-up, given how close you are. Consults and skin treatments need a bit more time, so book those when you are not rushed.
Who performs the treatments?
Kassandra Marin, RN BSN, Soléa's Co-Founder, under the medical direction of Dr. Guillermo Castillo, MD. The same person every visit.
Do you take walk-ins?
No, everything is by appointment so no one is rushed, but with Hillcrest so close, same-day slots are worth a call at (619) 432-6700.
Do you offer HydraFacial or IV therapy?
No. Soléa does injectables, skin treatments like microneedling and chemical peels, medical-grade skincare, and medical weight loss and wellness. For glow, a peel or PRF microneedling is what we would suggest instead.
