The assessment
Kassie asks what is bothering you, looks at how your face moves and what your skin is actually doing, and tells you which treatment addresses it and which ones will not. You get a plan and a price before anything happens.

The consult fee, credited
It comes off any treatment you book, which means she is paid for her clinical assessment and not for selling you something. If the honest answer is that you should wait, that is what you will hear.

Treatment, usually the same visit
Injectables take about ten minutes with no downtime. Microneedling and peels have a few days of redness or flaking, so mention anything on your calendar.

Do you offer Saturday appointments?
Yes, Saturday 9 to 1, which is when most East County clients book. Weekday hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 to 6. An afternoon slot puts you back on the 8 before the evening backup.
What should I do first if I have sun damage or melasma?
Book a consultation before buying any treatment. Pigment from inland sun exposure usually needs a staged plan across a few months, typically peels plus medical-grade skincare and sun protection, sometimes microneedling. Choosing wrong on the first treatment can make melasma worse.
Can I get injectables and skin treatments in the same appointment?
Sometimes, and sometimes they need to be sequenced days or weeks apart. Kassie will map the order during your consult so you are not making two trips down the 8 for no reason.
Do you offer HydraFacial or IV therapy?
No. Soléa focuses on injectables, skin treatments like microneedling and chemical peels, and medical weight loss and wellness. For hydration and glow, a peel or PRF microneedling is what we would point you toward.
